By creating a restaurant account, the person registering confirms that they are authorised to represent the restaurant and that the details and offers submitted are accurate.
Approval and verification
New accounts remain pending until the BiteTime owner reviews the restaurant profile. Approval is a platform listing decision, not a government licence, food-safety certification or endorsement. BiteTime may request evidence of the business, address or authority to manage the listing.
Offer responsibilities
Merchants must honour each approved offer exactly as displayed, including seating time, grace period, dining duration, minimum diners, exclusions and coupon code. Update or remove an offer promptly when it is no longer available.
Moderation
BiteTime may hide an offer, suspend a listing or block login where information is inaccurate, a coupon is not honoured, the account is abused, or a safety, legal or customer-protection concern arises. Reasons and changes are recorded in the admin audit log.
Account security and closure
Keep the account password private and tell BiteTime promptly if access is compromised. To close the account or request deletion, email brian5354@yahoo.com.hk with the subject “BiteTime account closure”.
